As of June 2025, here are a few things I'm focused on:

• Driving AI Transformation for Enterprises — focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic Workflows, and building complex AI workflows for enterprise-scale adoption.
• Leading consulting engagements with startups, advising on how to build and scale AI-first products and platforms.
• Contributing to open-source AI accelerators and frameworks to help organizations rapidly adopt AI solutions.
• Actively exploring my next CTO opportunity to lead AI strategy, architecture, and innovation in a mission-driven startup.
• Creating long-form AI educational content on my GarageEducation YouTube channel.
• Publishing short-form AI content, tips, and practical demos on my TikTok @mousmahmoud.
• Supporting and mentoring the AI & tech community across the UK and EMEA region, sharing insights through meetups, talks, and online content.
